Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains how Tee Savvy, operated by “ETERNAL CLASSIC INNOVATIONS”, processes, prepares, and delivers orders placed through our website and other approved sales channels.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation and, where applicable, confirmation of the design, size, colour, print placement, artwork, or other customization details. Some products are made-to-order, while others are produced in small batches. Processing time may therefore vary depending on product availability, printing requirements, order quantity, and operational workload.
For made-to-order and customized printing products, production may begin shortly after the order is confirmed. Once production has started, design, size, product, address, or quantity changes may not be possible.
Customized Printing Orders
Customized printing orders are accepted on a prepaid basis only. Cash on Delivery (COD), pay-on-delivery, or post-delivery payment options are not available for customized printing orders because these products are produced specifically for the customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all customization details before placing the order, including artwork, spelling, colours, size, placement, quantity, and product selection. Tee Savvy will not be responsible for errors approved or submitted by the customer.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines vary from product to product and cannot be guaranteed. An indicative delivery period is approximately 7 to 14 days, including production and shipping time, unless a different timeline is specifically communicated for the order.
Customized, bulk, or special print orders may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the design, stock availability, printing method, and order quantity.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping offer, promotional shipping rate, or discounted shipping benefit may be subject to the terms of the offer and may not apply to all products, locations, or order types.
Courier and Delivery Partners
Orders are shipped through third-party courier or logistics partners. Shipping delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, strikes, holidays, restrictions, incorrect addresses, remote delivery locations, or circumstances beyond our control cannot be guaranteed or controlled by Tee Savvy.
Once an order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through the customer account/order page, depending on the available information from the courier partner.
Customer Address and Contact Details
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, email address, and mobile number while placing the order. Tee Savvy is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, return-to-origin charges, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable customer details.
If an address correction is required, the customer should contact us as early as possible. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch or after production has started for customized printing orders.
Failed Delivery and Return to Origin
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, unpaid charges, or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipping may be chargeable. For prepaid non-customized orders, any refund, if approved, may be processed after deducting applicable shipping, return shipping, handling, or payment gateway charges.
Customized printing orders are made specifically for the customer and are not eligible for cancellation, exchange, return, or refund because of failed delivery, refusal, incorrect address, or customer unavailability.
International Shipping
For shipments outside India, if available, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, clearance charges, local delivery charges, or any other charges imposed by the destination country. Tee Savvy is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local authorities.
Order Cancellation Window
Customized printing orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing the order, provided production, printing, procurement, or dispatch has not already started. After this 2-hour window, customized printing orders cannot be cancelled.
For non-customized products, cancellation eligibility will be governed by our Refunds and Returns Policy and the current status of the order.
Damaged or Defective Delivery
If the product is received in damaged condition or appears to have a manufacturing defect, the customer should contact us promptly with the order number, clear photographs, and an unboxing/video proof where available. Claims are subject to inspection and approval.
Customized products are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund except in cases of verified manufacturing defect or an error attributable to Tee Savvy.
