Refunds and Returns Policy
This Refunds and Returns Policy explains cancellation, exchange, return, and refund terms for purchases made from Tee Savvy, operated by “ETERNAL CLASSIC INNOVATIONS”. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Customized Printing Orders
Customized printing products are made specifically for the customer and may include personalized artwork, names, logos, images, text, sizes, colours, product selections, print placements, or other custom requirements.
Customized printing orders are accepted on a prepaid basis only. Cash on Delivery (COD), pay-on-delivery, or post-delivery payment options are not available for customized printing products.
Customized printing orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing the order, provided production, printing, procurement, or dispatch has not already started. After this 2-hour window, the order cannot be cancelled.
Customized printing products are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund except in cases of verified manufacturing defect or an error attributable to Tee Savvy.
Customer Approval and Responsibility
Customers must carefully review all customization details before placing an order, including artwork, spelling, grammar, names, numbers, print placement, colours, size, product type, quantity, and delivery details. Tee Savvy is not responsible for errors, low-quality artwork, spelling mistakes, wrong sizes, incorrect product selection, or design choices submitted or approved by the customer.
Minor colour variations may occur due to screen display differences, lighting, fabric type, print method, and production conditions. Such minor variations are not treated as defects.
Non-Customized Products
For eligible non-customized products, requests for amendment, exchange, return, or refund may be accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to inspection, product condition, and the terms of the specific product or offer.
Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags, packaging, invoice, and accessories, where applicable. Items that show signs of use, wash, wear, alteration, damage, stains, odour, or missing packaging may be rejected.
Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, printing defect, wrong item, wrong size, or damage attributable to Tee Savvy, please contact us promptly with your order number, clear photos, and relevant proof. We may ask for additional images, video proof, or return of the product for inspection.
After verification, Tee Savvy may offer repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the nature of the issue, product availability, and order type. The final resolution will be decided after inspection.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Cases
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Customized printing products after the 2-hour cancellation window.
- Customized products without a verified manufacturing defect or Tee Savvy error.
- Customer-submitted spelling, artwork, size, colour, placement, or design mistakes.
- Products damaged due to misuse, washing, ironing, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Products returned without original tags, invoice, packaging, or required proof.
- Products purchased under final sale, clearance sale, Black Friday sale, or any non-returnable promotional offer.
- Products delayed due to courier, customs, weather, strikes, incorrect address, or customer unavailability.
- International orders, unless specifically approved by Tee Savvy.
Cancellation Policy
For customized printing orders, cancellation is allowed only within 2 hours of order placement and only if production, printing, procurement, or dispatch has not started. After the 2-hour window, the order becomes final.
For non-customized products, cancellation may be accepted if the order has not been processed, packed, dispatched, or moved into production. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and may be handled under the return/exchange process if eligible.
Exchange Policy
Eligible non-customized products may be exchanged depending on stock availability and product condition. If the requested replacement is unavailable, Tee Savvy may offer an alternative product, store credit, or refund, subject to approval.
Customized products cannot be exchanged for size, colour, design preference, artwork changes, or customer order mistakes. Exchange for customized products is allowed only where a verified manufacturing defect or Tee Savvy error is confirmed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are usually processed within 7 working days after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved. Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method, unless another mode is agreed or required.
Shipping charges, return shipping charges, COD charges, payment gateway charges, customs duties, taxes, or handling charges may be non-refundable unless the refund is due to a verified manufacturing defect or Tee Savvy error.
Return Shipping
Where a return is approved due to a verified manufacturing defect or Tee Savvy error, Tee Savvy may arrange pickup or reimburse eligible return shipping as decided case by case. For other approved returns or exchanges, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.
Sale, Offer, and Gift Voucher Purchases
Items purchased on sale, clearance, Black Friday sale, special promotion, or other limited-period offers may not be eligible for return, refund, exchange, or alteration unless required due to a verified manufacturing defect.
Items purchased via gift voucher are not entitled to a cash refund or credit refund unless specifically approved by Tee Savvy.

To raise a cancellation, defect, exchange, return, or refund request, contact us at teesavvyfashion@gmail.com with your order number, registered email/mobile number, issue details, and clear photos or videos where applicable.
All requests are subject to verification, inspection, product eligibility, and approval by Tee Savvy.
