Choose your product, size, colour, and design option, then upload your artwork or design file where requested. Please check spelling, placement, colours, size, and file quality before placing the order because customized products are printed as per the details submitted by you.
Yes. Customized printing orders are accepted on a prepaid basis only. Cash on Delivery, pay-on-delivery, or post-delivery payment options are not available for customized products because they are made specifically for the customer.
Customized printing orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing the order, and only if production, printing, procurement, or dispatch has not already started. After this 2-hour window, customized orders cannot be cancelled.
Customized products are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund except in cases of a verified manufacturing defect or an error attributable to Tee Savvy. Customer-submitted artwork mistakes, spelling errors, wrong size selection, colour preference, or design placement choices are not treated as defects.
Delivery timelines vary by product, availability, printing requirement, and shipping location. An indicative timeline is approximately 7 to 14 days including production and shipping time, unless a different timeline is communicated for your order.
You can upload supported design files through the product page upload section. For best results, use clear, high-resolution artwork. Low-quality, blurry, pixelated, or incorrectly sized artwork may affect print output, so please review your file carefully before submitting.
Minor colour variations can occur because screens, fabric types, lighting, and printing methods display colours differently. We try to produce designs as accurately as possible, but slight colour or placement variation may happen in production.
Please check the size details on the product page before ordering. For ready-to-wear products, select your preferred standard size. For custom or made-to-order products, measurements and size selections submitted by the customer are treated as final once production starts.
